We are a small company who found a great coworking and hot desk space in Haggerston, East London on the canal and decided to develop it in to a funky warehouse-style space for creative and start-ups.

Canal Studios is on the Kingsland Basin – a private part of the canal just minutes away from Haggerston Station and Kingsland Road and within ten minutes of Hoxton, Dalston, Shoreditch and Liverpool Street.

Canal Studios is  a large and incredibly sunny co-working space on the  5th floor with views of the canal.  We have used the space to bring in some funky industrial elements as well as a warm and relaxing atmosphere.  There is a large open working space with a mix of quiet work spaces and areas to relax (sofas/ kitchen).  We are not very corporate in our attitude or look although offer all the important things you need to work hard such as fibre optic broadband, meeting room  and lockable storage.

With a maximum of only  20 desks, the space is perfect for freelancers or tech start-ups.  As we invite friends and their professional networks to join, we are already on our way towards our mission of creating a friendly community of individuals who can share ideas and business.

We offer a flexible contract to lease desks on a one month rolling contract for £220 a desk plus VAT. This includes all your costs such as electricity, fibre optic WIFI  as well as an unusually large desk, lockable storage, 24 hour access and unlimited use of the meeting room and kitchen.

We currently have a fun mix of people working in creative industries and early stage tech start-ups so we welcome anyone from these sectors.
